the breakfast was excellent. i especially liked the fresh pastries. the location was perfect, right by the lake.
the street noise was noticeable at night. also, the room did not have a lake view, even though it was advertised. the lack of an elevator was inconvenient, especially with luggage.

Lake Views and Lovely Decor

The suite was spacious with modern decor and a lake view. There was sufficient space for my family. The staff was cute and friendly and always available to meet my needs. The hotel is a short walk from town. This location makes it quiet yet accessible. There are restaurants and swimming spots nearby. It is a perfect location.
I found that the standards were lacking and the cleanliness at this hotel was very poor. The housekeeping standards were minimal and the place was very dusty. The bedding wasn't crisp and the bathroom wasn't cleaned. The tea and coffee station was very dirty with previous guests' drinks still left in the fridge.

The hotel offers convenient parking and an electric charger, features that were quite useful. Its proximity to both boat access to the island and trails is ideal. This location adds great value.

My suite included two rooms and a lounge area. This provided plenty of space for my family. The decor was tasteful and the lake view lovely. It faces the lake directly.

I had the opportunity to have dinner at the hotel with a special chef. The menu was a delight and the server was friendly. The hotel restaurant provided an enjoyable culinary experience.

The staff was very friendly and offered helpful tips, such as where to park in Ljubljana. They assisted with my luggage upon arrival and departure. Their attentiveness greatly enhanced my stay.

The room had a modern bathroom! It included a rainfall shower. The included parking spots were convenient. Easy access to the walking path around the lake was nice.
The room did not have a lake view though it was shown as such.

The suite had elegant furniture and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was also large. I appreciated the onsite parking, IT made things easier. There was a HUGE balcony overlooking the lake.
The lake is undergoing improvements near the balcony. Generator noise began early SOME days.

I found the hotel near the boats to the island. The walk to town took about 15 minutes. My room was large and had good facilities.
The hotel did not have a lift to carry luggage for 3 stories. I found no shower gel in the bathroom. The room had many angles on walls coming into the walkway in the room, so one can hit the walls.

I found A broken lock on the bathroom door VERY disappointing. I booked a suite, but some things did not work. The coffee facilities failed. The TV failed. the reception is unmanned so it was difficult TO get hold af anyone.
