i stayed in the standard double or twin room. the room included a fridge and an electric kettle for tea and coffee. the hotel provided transfers to the ferry port.
the mattress was a bit too firm.

the location is close to the bus stop. the city center is a ten minute walk away. there is great wifi. the staff is helpful and always smiling.
the trip advisor site mentions breakfast yet it is not included. this should be removed from the site.

Maria arranged my taxi to the port very efficiently! The hotel's proximity to the town center, the caldera, and the museum was convenient. I found the bus station a quick walk, yet the nights remained peaceful and quiet. The cleanliness of both my room and the pool was notable, it was very shiny.
The hairdryer in my room was not working. I did ask for a new one though.

My studio included a kitchenette with sufficient tools for cooking! The bathroom had a beautiful shower, and the provided toiletries were of nice quality, giving a spa-like experience.
