Really good Amenities and Service
breakfast buffet spa condition helpful staff
the breakfast buffet featured many options suitable for both adults and children i found the pool and spa to be well maintained i appreciated the close proximity to the main shopping and restaurant area. the hotel's customer service was excellent.
the air conditioning unit in my room made unusual noises it sounded like it needed more than just routine maintenance.

my room featured a nice spacious design it included a very comfortable bed all rooms were kept scrupulously clean ensuring high standards of hygiene.

the spa area offered a jacuzzi and saunas guests could relax and unwind after a day exploring the surrounding area the hotel also provided a kids' play area equipped with lego bricks.

the hotel is just a few steps from the well-known krupowki street guests have easy access to shops and restaurants i found it convenient to explore local attractions due to this central position.

a good retreat
local cheeses outdoor hot tubs
breakfast included a wide array of choices (i liked the local cheeses). the spa area featured three saunas and outdoor hot tubs, a relaxing experience after exploring. the staff was friendly, speaking english and providing helpful service. location was central, close to the pedestrian zone.
the air conditioning in the room was quite noisy, making varied sounds, i hope they can fix it.

The staff was very attentive. they also gifted my girlfriend a birthday present, a very sweet gesture. the personal check-in experience felt unique, unlike other hotels. It was prompt, and everyone greeted us with a smile.

fresh pastries delicious options strange noise high prices
the room was really nice (i stayed in an executive double room). the breakfast was plentiful and included a variety of delicious options. i especially loved the fresh pastries.
the air conditioning unit made a strange noise during the night. the minibar prices seemed quite high.

the breakfast was good and offered a nice variety.
The air conditioning unit was noisy. It made strange noises. the spare toilet paper was placed directly on the floor next to the toilet. i bought my own toilet paper.
