Really good Experience
helpful staffroom upgradechampagne reception
The staff was very helpful, kind, and great with children. I received a room upgrade without even ASKING. The Champagne reception was such a great touch to start off the stay (a nice surprise!).
The room was a little smaller than expected.

The pool offers a refreshing experience after a long day. I saw that it included comfortable loungers and shaded areas. The gym has three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and weight-training equipment. Breakfast service is in a large dining area.

The staff were very friendly, which I appreciated.
The room was a bit disappointing. It was smaller than I expected. Nearby hotels seem to offer more space. the breakfast buffet wasn't great, the worst of any European hotel I've been to recently.

The breakfast buffet lacked variety. It was underwhelming. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. I found dust. The staff did not replace missing items promptly. I expected better for the price. my stay had a few noticeable drawbacks.

Absolutely Charmed by This Place!

I found the front desk staff professional and always ready to assist. The swimming pool was big enough. Kids could easily do laps. Breakfast included meats, cheeses, and made-to-order dishes. The omelettes were AMAZING!!!
The price felt very exaggerated for the room. Still, I am happy with my visit.

The location is indeed perfect, offering easy access to all central landmarks. I also found several metro stations within walking distance, a great advantage. This helped me to move quickly.
