faulty fridge cold pool
The location was alright i guess. Walking distance to restaurants saved me a few taxi fares.
My so-called grand beautiful three-bedroom villa private pool wasn't so grand. The fridge barely kept my drinks cold, and the ants seemed to have a party in the bathroom every night! also, the pool heating was a complete joke. It seemed like i was swimming in the atlantic in december.

Really good Service and Superb Villa
friendly staff birthday celebration cake slice
The staff were friendly. They promptly fulfilled all our needs. My son's 16th birthday was celebrated with cake, balloons, banners, and champagne awaiting us in the villa upon returning from breakfast. The staff wished him happy birthday at breakfast, presenting him with a slice of cake.
a drain smell worsened. Housekeeping only swept and did not mop.

The beautiful villa featured electric opening curtains and individual light and air-conditioning controls for each room. Beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. A good-sized fridge-freezer and a washing machine were useful additions.

Breakfast included everything from continental options to a full English breakfast. Yogurt, cereal, fresh juice, and various teas and coffees were available. The breakfast setting was by the main pool, offering both indoor and outdoor seating options.

Really good Villa Experience
clean villa welcome drink plentiful breakfast prompt service
The villa was clean upon arrival. A welcome drink awaited us, a nice prosecco. I found the breakfast selection plentiful with many choices available. The staff promptly addressed a minor issue we encountered , and resolved it quickly.

The villa included a utility area behind the kitchen with a washing machine. The air conditioning worked effectively in every room of the villa. The beds are very comfortable.

The staff delivered our bags to the villa quickly. They also provided a cake, balloons, banners, and champagne for my son's birthday. The villa was cleaned every two days, with fresh towels and pool towels provided.

The staff greeted us very politely. The Grand Beautiful Villa had a timed gated entrance. The villa was spacious. The maid service was exemplary.
The pool was dirty upon arrival and not kept very well. Some tiles were missing. The communal areas in the villa were smaller than in the pictures.
