Absolutely AMAZING experience

This was SUCH a great holiday. The staff went out of their way to. I decided to upgrade to all inclusive and they explained every meal I could have. Food choices are excellent and catered to all ages and the all inclusive drinks package is the BEST. Our room had a lovely POOL view. Maids cleaned and made up beds everyday. We purchased some bargains and had the BEST time!

The ONLY slight issue was that Wi-Fi wasn't great it kept cutting OUT.

The rooms was spacious and clean. The beds in my Beautiful Double Room was big. The room include a fridge and a free safe. The air con work perfectly and keep the room cool.

I find the soft drink syrup need refilling, and this isn't kept on top by the bar staffs.

the staff were friendly and helpful. i especially enjoyed the food, as there was a good selection for breakfast and dinner. signing up for a dinner time slot kept the restaurant from becoming too crowded. the hotel's location is great, near the beach, shops, restaurants, and a bus stop.

The animation team was fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the video 360 activity. It was a lot of fun and very friendly. I appreciate Jessica from the animation team. She did an amazing job.

I noticed some minor damage to the pool floor. It would be beneficial to repair it soon.

i enjoyed the activities with ayman from the animation team. we played french balls, and it was a nice family experience. the entertainment in the night was also very good. well done animation!

the layout lacked thought. the dressing table had no mirror, and the mirror was tucked in a dark corner with no lighting. my wife found it very frustrating when applying makeup. the pool areas lacked small tables and parasols.
