The hotel staff were very helpful. They gave good advice about local restaurants. The rooms were clean. I also enjoyed the central location near many attractions.

The room was quite small. There was very little space to move around in the bathroom. The elevator was also tiny. It barely fit one person with luggage.

I really loved how helpful the staff were. They were so kind and cute. the sweets and cakes available in the lobby were a lovely treat, and i appreciated the complimentary prosecco. my room was always super clean with fresh tea and coffee refills daily. Everything felt very thoughtful.

i found the pre-authorization on my card a bit inconvenient as it temporarily affected my available funds. it's good to be aware of this, especially if you're managing a tight budget.
