the room was clean. complimentary drinks and snacks were provided.
the room was very cold. the thermostat did not function as expected. i called the front desk. they advised me on how to adjust the temperature, but the room remained uncomfortably cold throughout the night. this significantly affected my sleep quality.

The decor created a very relaxed environment. Our suite was spacious and had everything I needed. THE mini bar included gin and tonic. This was a welcome addition!
The room overlooked a side street and service area. I noticed nightly rubbish or laundry collection events outside EVERY night. The building opposite blocked sunshine and natural light.

The breakfast buffet had tons of choices and really fresh items. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help with whatever I needed. The complimentary gin and tonic was a nice touch, too. The spa facility was clean and perfect for relaxation.
The pool wasn't heated, so it was a little cold.
