Really good Stay at Prime Location

really good service birthday trip ideal location

The staff provided Really good service. They upgraded my room to the Bairro Alto Mezzanine upon arrival. This. The location proved ideal for enjoying nightlife and nearby restaurants and bars.

The soundproofing between rooms ISN'T ideal. I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms. This was a minor issue but noticeable .

The rooftop restaurant provided amazing views while i ate breakfast. The breakfast buffet included a variety of options. The service at breakfast was attentive and efficient.

The hotel has a central location in Bairro Alto near many points of interest. It is within walking distance to Bairro Alto, Chiado and Principe Real. Uber was readily available for longer distances.

The turndown service was quite inconsistent. one evening, it was executed perfectly while i was out. Another night, i was asked at the door if i needed towels despite being in the room and telling them they could enter.

the staff used whatsapp! they answered very fast and checked in on us during the day. i had a one-bedroom suite! it was spacious and every comfort was there. the rooftop terrace was really good for breakfast! the staff was courteous and considerate.

The lifts felt a bit old, and there wasn't much natural light. It wasn't ideal.

the two-bedroom suite was spacious. it had all we needed for our stay of several nights. the rooftop dining was exquisite (i especially enjoyed the breakfast).

the soundproofing between rooms was not the best. i could hear noise inside the hotel. also, the lifts seemed old and a bit slow.
