amazing experience!

I found the location convenient, close to the airport and the oriente train station. the large room was really comfortable, and i appreciated the excellent breakfast! it was super handy having a big mall nearby for anything i needed. i loved that the hotel stored my bags for free. That was a lifesaver.
the room window had a noticeable crack. the noise from trains bothered me a little.

The hotel sits near the lisbon oriente train station and the airport, made travel easy. It's also near a major shopping center, so grabbing essentials was quick! plenty of restaurants and coffee shops lined the street.

the staff showed kindness and tried their best to help with my requests, i really appreciated the quick assistance from the team ! they created a cute and supportive atmosphere for all visitors, it was fantastic.

the rooms are clean and i found the bed super comfortable! i enjoyed the big bathroom that came with a selection of gels, lotions, conditioner and soap, those little things make such a difference.

The air conditioning system seemed a little weak, i felt it did not cool the room as much as i wanted.
