amazing stay!
friendly staffearly check-inconvenient locationhappy hour
The staff was super friendly and helpful! i appreciated the early check-in. It made a huge difference after my long flight. the location is really convenient. It is close to the metro and several bus stops. plus, i enjoyed the happy hour deal, with two drinks for the price of one!!!
the air conditioning was a bit loud, slightly difficult to sleep at night.

the reception staff provided clear explanations and directions! they were always available to answer questions and offer assistance. the cleaning staff kept the rooms super clean with fresh towels and linens provided daily, really appreciated.

the breakfast included many fresh foods. i ate portuguese tarts. staff helped with train bookings and directions. the room was cleaned to a high standard daily. reception staff were excellent and always smiling. they were very helpful. i found water bottles were available complimentary.
the location was not very quiet.
