stuffy roomloud bathroom fan
The room was a bit stuffy. The window didn't open very wide. i also noticed the bathroom fan was quite loud. it ran for a long time after i turned off the light. Made it hard to sleep. i'd suggest they look into a quieter model or a timer adjustment.

Really good stay, great service!

The breakfast was AMAZING, freshly prepared to order. I was able to choose from cereal, yogurt with berries, or a hot breakfast. Juice, coffee, and tea were also available, such a treat! Kirk and his colleague were very cute. They offered helpful recommendations for local places to visit.
The biscuits in the room were a brand I didn't care for.

The room was SPOTLESSLY nice and neat with all necessities provided. I found chilled water, a selection of teas and coffees, and sweets in my room, a lovely touch after a long journey. There was also plenty of storage space.

Kirk provided advice about the area and recommendations for restaurants. The service was friendly. The staff seemed to strike a perfect balance between professionalism and a warm welcome. I also appreciated that they accommodated my early breakfast request.

The location was perfect, situated in a quiet part of town. That suited me well. Off-road parking WAS available, a definite plus. The seafront, pier, shops and restaurants are all within easy reach from the guest house.

Kirk and david were lovely. They showed me the amenities right away. the whole hotel was clean, i noticed this. the breakfast was lovely, and i tried a few different items, all very good! the hosts were very helpful.
the room had a slight noise from outside! though i was exhausted each night and slept very well.

the guest house is near the sea, only a minute away, great! also, it is an easy walk to both the town and the station, very handy. i found it easy to get around from here.
