rattling noisefaulty towel rail
the controller by the door didn't work. the aC made a rattling noise, and there was a beeping every minute or so. i unplugged the fridge, but there was still a click, which i tracked to the towel rail in the bathroom.

I found the staff to be very friendly. The room was quite clean. The bathroom had a walk-in shower, and that was a plus (no cramped spaces!).

friendly staffgreat locationoutside noiseshower design
the staff was really friendly (i loved their warm smiles!). the location was also wonderful. it was so close to the tube station and the westfield mall. accessibility was excellent for both travel and food.
The noise was unfortunately quite noticeable. i could hear traffic even with the windows closed. the shower was not ideal. Water went everywhere because of the shower design.
