Convenient and Clean
pristine room comfortable bed central location
The room was pristine. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. The location is central, close to the station. Many restaurants are located nearby, and there is also a convenience store.

fantastic stay near shepherd's bush station
warm welcome daily towels
i received a warm welcome upon arrival. a staff member assisted with my luggage. the room featured everything i needed. it included fresh towels daily.
i noticed the carpet had some visible stains, this could be improved with a deep clean. the mattress also felt rather wobbly and not supportive. i also felt the pillows were lumpy. they were also too thin for my liking.

stained carpet lumpy pillows
The room looked TIRED. Some stains marked the carpet, something I didn't appreciate. The mattress felt quite wobbly, so I didn't get much support. The pillows were lumpy. It made sleeping difficult.

rattling noise faulty towel rail
the controller by the door didn't work. the aC made a rattling noise, and there was a beeping every minute or so. i unplugged the fridge, but there was still a click, which i tracked to the towel rail in the bathroom.

friendly staff clean room walk-in shower
I found the staff to be very friendly. The room was quite clean. The bathroom had a walk-in shower, and that was a plus (no cramped spaces!).
There are tall flights of stairs, and there is no lift.

friendly staff great location outside noise shower design
the staff was really friendly (i loved their warm smiles!). the location was also wonderful. it was so close to the tube station and the westfield mall. accessibility was excellent for both travel and food.
The noise was unfortunately quite noticeable. i could hear traffic even with the windows closed. the shower was not ideal. Water went everywhere because of the shower design.
