I found a couple of things disappointing. The air conditioning was VERY strong in the small room. It got quite cold at night. hotel slippers were absent. I think they are necessary because nobody wants to walk barefoot on cold tiled floors.

A Decent Chinatown Stay

The staff was SOOO friendly and helpful. The communal areas were great, and they even had a helpful tourist information desk. That was AMAZING!!!
The water flow rate in the shower was quite slow. That was a little annoying. I noticed the water temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold. I could hear noise from the level above, so the soundproofing could be improved. It wasn't ideal.

The hotel is very clean. The staff are friendly. There is a nice cafe inside the building. The hotel is conveniently located near Chinatown.
The water flow rate in the shower is slow. The water temperature kept changing during showers, going from hot to cold suddenly. I could hear noises coming from the level above my room, so it isn't sound proof.

Convenient stay near Chinatown

the location was very convenient near Chinatown a 7/11 was nearby. i used the common room after checkout it had a microwave and couches. doing laundry was easy with the coin operated machines and air conditioning. the security guard helped with doors and luggage which was appreciated.
the water temperature in the shower kept changing from hot to cold. the water flow rate was also a bit slow i noticed. it was sometimes difficult to get a consistent temperature.

the hotel had coffee downstairs available to guests each morning. delicious breakfast was served in the dining area. the breakfast area was always clean and well stocked with various options .

i found a laundry and games room on the second floor. the common area had a pool table that guests can use at any time.

the staff at the reception were always very friendly and helpful. the staff were cute upon arrival. the reception staff spoke english fluently to assist with any questions.
