decent facilities
amazing views convenient starbucks convenient 7 11 higher floor great city view inconvenient deposit bad soundproofing
The hotel had a rooftop swimming pool that provided lovely views. i also appreciated that a starbucks and a 7/11 were located in the same building. It was quite convenient. our room on one of the higher floors offered a great city view.
i was also surprised by the 1000 baht cash deposit required at check-in. the soundproofing was not very good. I often woke up at night because of noises.

limited water unhelpful staff
the drinking water policy bothered me. i stayed for several nights and felt three tiny bottles daily were not enough. seeing me buy water at the store daily the staff offered no extra help. i think more complimentary water should be available considering the room price paid, staff offered no extra help

genuine warmth attentive staff fine views spacious room
the staff showed genuine warmth and attentiveness. they even surprised me with a small cake and fresh fruit for my birthday. the rooftop pool offered fine views. the room was very spacious.
i noticed slight wear on the furniture but it wasn't a significant issue.
