limited waterunhelpful staff
the drinking water policy bothered me. i stayed for several nights and felt three tiny bottles daily were not enough. seeing me buy water at the store daily the staff offered no extra help. i think more complimentary water should be available considering the room price paid, staff offered no extra help

the staff showed genuine warmth and attentiveness. they even surprised me with a small cake and fresh fruit for my birthday. the rooftop pool offered fine views. the room was very spacious.
i noticed slight wear on the furniture but it wasn't a significant issue.
