gerard at reception was helpful. he brought luggage to my beautiful suite (what a treat!). i also appreciated the breakfast. it was super.

The staff helped me with travel details. they also stored my bags. the food selection was excellent. i found the ambiance relaxing. breakfast was included. It was freshly made to order. it was both plentiful and super tasty. all the staff i met were helpful and friendly.

the suite had a separate sitting room. it also had a spa bath in the fine ensuite bathroom. luxury toiletries were supplied, and they gave me fluffy towels. the bedroom was huge and the bed was fantastically comfortable.

bunk bed new room comfortable king size bed friendly staff street sound sound proofing bathroom extractor fan
the new room had bunk beds the kids enjoyed this feature. a king size bed was very comfortable. the reception and restaurant staff were very friendly.
i could hear sounds from the street outside including loud noises and traffic. zero sound proofing was apparent. the extractor fan in the bathroom sounded quite loud.

a satisfactory experience
friendly staff accommodating staff dirty freezer cheap toilet paper
the staff really made it. they were so friendly and more than accommodating. our breakfast was super.
the stairwell smelt like old chip fat when you walked up the stairs to the appointment. the free standing fridge freezer was dirty and did not keep the food cold.

street sound outdated decor
The noise from the street was quite noticeable. I could hear traffic and people late into the night. The bathroom fan sounded very loud. I also detected a faint smell of smoke, and the decor felt a bit outdated.

poor soundproofing awful breakfast
The staff helped with travel details, so that was alright.
The noise was a real issue. I heard every drunk person outside. There was zero soundproofing, and the extractor fan sounded like a jet engine. I'm not even joking. The vegan breakfast was also very poor. It seems like the coffee was made from tar.

Good size rooms, friendly staff
huge room good sleep
The room was really huge. I was given a room with four beds. It was located downstairs and I get a good sleep there. I was there last minute.
I do not get a tea and coffee for free with breakfast. The hotel asked for a fee. I think they could do a modern update on rooms.

The staff help a lot. Staff are friendly and approachable. They took me to the venue and back though I had not pre-booked. They really make sure I would get there.
