Barkan's and Mr Alaadin's service was genuinely really good, exhibiting true professionalism and warm attentiveness. I valued Supervisor Mr Mahmut's leadership and kindness. His attitude. The housekeeping staff, especially Mina Nur, maintained immaculate cleanliness, performing a great job every day. Kaan's friendly and professional help.
I found this rather concerning.

Breakfast included a wide variety of delicious options, designed to cater to different tastes. The chefs prepared a special array each morning. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained. Ms. Nida's hospitality and professionalism was appreciated by everyone.

The hotel is near numerous shops, offering convenient access to shopping and local products. A great kebab shop is also nearby, providing an authentic taste of local cuisine. Getting around was quite easy using several public transportation options close to the hotel. I noticed it was very easy to locate it.

Meylut at the reception provided a warm welcome and prompt service. I greatly appreciated the kind service offered by the reception team. Belboy Deniz and Abdulkadir were also very helpful. Supervisor Mr Mahmut stands out for his excellent leadership.

The air conditioning in my room barely functioned for several days. This required daily calls for repair. The television also had intermittent connectivity issues. This resulted in periods without service. Breakfast had limited variety. I sometimes chose to eat elsewhere because of this.

The cleanliness was excellent, and the facilities are maintained to a high standard. The Front Office team provided professional service. Supervisor Mr Mahmut leads a fantastic team! Civan, Azra, Ilayda, Taner, Burak, Buğra, Okan, Mr Yunus, Belboy deniz, and Abdulkadir showed kindness.
Though the staff was helpful, it's a small detail.

The breakfast buffet featured diverse options, including fresh pastries and local cheeses. It was delicious! The fitness center included modern equipment, such as treadmills and weight machines.
