prompt shuttle helpful staff clean room small room street noise small elevator
the airport shuttle was prompt. staff members were helpful. i appreciated the cleanliness of the room (it was super clean).
the room was not particularly spacious. street noise was noticeable at times. the elevator was small (it only accommodated a few people).

helpful bellhop clean room convenient location
The bellhop was very helpful, assisting us with our luggage both upon arrival and departure. he was also very warm. the room provided the essential amenities we required for an overnight stay. It was clean. its location is quite convenient, situated approximately 15 minutes from the airport.
The absence of readily available usb charging ports in the room did present a minor inconvenience. Purchasing an adapter was necessary.

helpful staff modern facilities small room missing amenities
The staff at the front desk helped me secure a taxi. This was early in the morning. The building is new. Facilities are modern. This makes the hotel a great option for a quick stay before a morning flight.
The room was small. This was not a real problem. I expected a bottle of complimentary water and a facility. This facility would make coffee and tea in the room, but they was not available.

wide variety spacious room
The room was a beautiful family room, and it was very spacious. IT had two separate bathrooms, a definite plus for our family. Breakfast had a wide variety of options. the staff kept everything stocked and clean.
The elevator IS a bit slow during peak hours.

small room unpleasant smell
the breakfast staff were friendly and helpful , which was appreciated.
i did not think the hotel merited a five-star rating. my beautiful queen room was not spacious , nor particularly comfortable. there was also an unpleasant smell emanating from the bathroom.

Really good Amenities Near the Airport
clean bathroom excellent value great service shopping mall
This hotel offered excellent value! The breakfast included a variety of options, very good. The staff provided great service, always ready to help. I appreciated the proximity to Köyüm işkembe Salonu, a 24-hour restaurant next door with delicious food, also the new shopping mall nearby.
My room, while clean, felt somewhat compact. this was not a big problem.

the room had a super clean bathroom. the breakfast included was very good i eat at the restaurant köyüm işkembe salonu next door, it open 24 hours and have delicious, well-priced food.
the location wasnt that great.
