Superb Hotel Experience

My suite city view was spacious. The cleanliness was great throughout my stay. The staff provided really good attention. Nilay checked in daily to ensure all my needs were met (a great touch!).
The surrounding area presented some noise due to the industrial zone. This was noticeable inside the room as sound insulation could improve. I suggest some additional soundproofing measures.

My suite city view was well-appointed with modern amenities. The room had a large bed, seating area, and a dedicated workspace. A large window offered a great view of the surrounding cityscape. The bathroom included both a shower and bathtub.

The hotel had easy access to major transportation. Two metro stations were within a short walking distance. This made travelling around the city simple. The immediate vicinity looked industrial.

The staff was very nice. nilay, the guest relations officer, was especially helpful! she really were really good too. the breakfast had a huge variety. Such a great way to start the day!
the hotel location is somewhat removed from the main tourist attractions. i needed to use taxis or public transport to get around.

i was thrilled with the service. esra assisted my family and me throughout our stay and ensured everything was perfect. the rooms sparkled, and the food tasted fantastic.
the windows really needed cleaning. our view was somewhat spoiled. plus, i noticed a slight smell of smoke in my room which wasn't ideal
