Breakfast was Really good. The à la carte dishes were delicious. Rooms are very spacious. The bathrooms are HUGE.
My room had cobwebs on the walls. The bath WASN'T cleaned properly. I left clothes for ironing. Next day i had to ask for an iron to do it myself as it was done poorly.

i found the room spacious. It had comfortable bedding and a modern interior. A little sweet treat was available every night. The underground bar added a unique touch, even if it's a bit hard to find.
i was surprised by an parking fee. It happened because i parked in front of the place, and no one told me about the re-parking options. this seemed unacceptable for such a five-star place.

i just loved the location! it was so convenient to get around. the breakfast was amazing and had a nice selection. the room were lovely and featured a super comfy bed.
the service has worsened from my last visit, it was not great. noisy children were allowed in the spa area, so i cant relax. staff was not really helped, the experience was disappointing.
