The breakfast view was lovely, especially with the city panorama. i received a complimentary chocolate for international women's day, a sweet gesture. the hotel lobby offered warm tea, candies, fresh fruits, and popcorn at no cost. i appreciated that room service respected privacy. They only came when i asked.

I found location convenient. It is close to metro and trams, giving easy access to the city. The staff are nice. They offer water, fruits and popcorn in the lobby, which I found good. The breakfast selection was very varied.

I noticed the room gets not cleaned if not requested, which I discover too late. This was inconvenient because I expected fresh towels.
