happy with the essential features

the staff are very friendly. i appreciate the quick check-in, as i was tired upon arrival. the free tea, hot chocolate, and coffee from reception was a nice touch and the massive bed ensure a good night's rest.

The hotel has filtered water stations. They are on every floor, convenient. The underground parking felt comfortable. I found the breakfast quite alright with basic options. The location provides good access to different parts of the city.
The thermometer in the room didn't work. Because of that I didn't know the room temperature.

The staff answers every question. They do so tirelessly and with a smile. Staff facilitated very early check-in. They were friendly, especially the personnel working at the night shift.

The hotel is within reasonable taxi distance of the central station. It is also reasonably distant from the airport. Trams are a one minute walk away from the hotel. Markets are around the corner.

the location is convenient (close to public transport). i found a supermarket right next door. the staff were helpful with directions.
the room felt quite cold. the thermometer did not seem to work. i was offered an electric fan, but it blew only cold air. (not ideal for a good night's sleep)

the location is very convenient a tram stop is right next to the building that goes straight to the city center also the breakfast had a very good value and offered a good choice of meals the staff were very pleasant and helpful throughout my stay
the bathroom did not seem so clean there were dirt spots by the door i also noticed some mold the hotel provided only two towels in the room i had to use the same towel for my hair and body i found this unacceptable
