charmed by the comfort and location
excellent saunaattentive staffsatisfying breakfast
i found the facilities excellent i especially appreciated the sauna and gym they offered hotel staff provided top notch service i also found them very attentive and helpful. the breakfast was good it had a wide variety of options ensuring a satisfying start to the day. i also liked the very comfy and tidy room it created a relaxing environment after a long day.
i noticed slight street noise it was audible because of poor soundproofing from external noise it was minor though

the location offered convenient access to public transport a tram stop was just outside the hotel making travel easy the proximity to the main railway station also simplified connections to other parts of the city.

the room included a nespresso machine with complimentary capsules i also found various tea options it was a nice addition for in-room refreshment a large screen tv provided entertainment with multiple channels available i appreciated the quality of the picture.

the hotel provided underground parking it offered a secure place for vehicles i noted that this parking incurred an additional fee though. the hotel included both a sauna and a gym these provided recreational options i.

the hotel location is great as it is near to many facilities. the staff were wonderful and helpful (i had a problem with printing and they were super quick to help). the room was exactly as in the photos and the bed linen felt really comfortable.
the bathroom door design has a slight issue, as it doesn't fully close. (but that was not such a big problem!).

The receptionists were very polite and efficient. They promptly addressed all my questions. the staff assisted with printing some documents i needed urgently. everyone was always ready to help with any request.

The room was very clean and well maintained. It had all the advertised amenities. i found the bed comfortable, with high-quality linens. the bathroom was spacious and included complimentary toiletries.

the hotel features state-of-the-art conference facilities with audiovisual equipment. the gym and working area are useful and well maintained. corridors have a dispenser for free water.
