freshly cooked breakfast helpful staff great location
The breakfast was freshly cooked and really good! The staff were efficient and helpful. The location is superb right by the River Thames.
My room was slightly noisy because it was above the kitchen.

dirty carpet flashing light
the CARPETS throughout the place were not clean. i also noticed the furniture needed some updating. a socket in my room had a bright, flashing BLUE light. This light was REALLY bothersome at night, and i struggled to sleep well.
