excellent location and service
early check-in fruit tray
the location proved perfect.. the check in staff was amazing. I am grateful for the early check in provided for my mom. The staff responded to a concern with champagne and a fruit tray.

great location early check-in rooftop balcony cold room ill-fitting sheets small room
The location was AMAZING. The hotel is just minutes from the Royal Palace. The staff was also very kind. We were able to check-in much earlier than expected. The rooftop balcony and greenhouse jacuzzi were exactly what I needed!!!
The room temperature was on the cold side despite adjusting the thermostat. It seemed like the cold was coming from the window. The sheets didn't fit the bed and kept coming loose when sleeping. I was quite disappointed at the size of the room.

the location allowed easy access to the metro and restaurants (a real advantage!). the bed in my double or twin room was very comfortable. the staff was helpful with directions.
the window potentially let in cold air despite thermostat adjustments.
