The in-room coffee was not restocked after the first night. I had to purchase coffee from the dining room. Other European hotels I booked had espresso machines. There was no lotion provided, nor a room fridge. The air conditioning was not active. Only heat was available. The open window let in road, train, and pedestrian noise. I think the room felt cramped for the duration of my stay.

The location is excellent. The hotel is steps away from the train station (very convenient for travel). The staff was helpful and polite, always ready to assist with directions. The breakfast had quality orange juice.
The room did not have a refrigerator. This would have been useful for storing drinks and snacks.

The location is AMAZING!!! right next to the train station, it's super convenient. the breakfast was also very good. I enjoyed the variety. the staff were helpful and friendly.
the room heating system wasn't great, and it was still quite cold even with the portable heater provided.

the room was big, very clean and quite well-insulated, a real plus. shampoo, conditioner, and soap were all provided in the bathroom. a desk allowed me to work comfortably .

Breakfast offered many choices and everything tasted great. the dining area had friendly and efficient service. I never had to wait long for anything. the hotel also provided complimentary chocolate, a very thoughtful touch.
