great view helpful staff
The hotel sat close to all the big attractions and the lively arcades. It was only a short walk to the seafront. Breakfast each morning was substantial, and the staff was quite helpful in every way. My room was clean, the bed was made every day, I had a great view of the tower from my window.

mediocre STAY, some ISSUES
the room WAS a good size, i admit.
i FEEL that it may have changed hands because of all the excellent reviews about hospitality. when we got THERE, the woman i spoke with did not speak english and went to get a young man. he was very unwelcoming and hesitant.

a fine stay it was
steel radiator building decor included breakfast nice owner
the price included a breakfast. there was wifi. a steel radiator was available, i could dry my clothes. the building decor was also nice. i did like the owner too.

the breakfast offered a choice of cereals. orange juice, toast, and a full english option existed. late risers found food left. the dining room has ancient egyptian decor.

staff are very polite. they were very helpful too. the owner is warm and considerate. they are also very cute.
