The reception team seemed disorganized. They weren't friendly. the ski hire area felt poorly organized. i felt they insisted on cash payments, maybe to avoid taxes, i am not sure about that.

the hotel offers direct access to the slopes. this made skiing very convenient. the breakfast provided a lot of options each morning. i also found the free parking available useful .
the rooms temperature was too high. i found it uncomfortable to sleep. soundproofing in the rooms was poor. noise from the corridor was clearly audible. the spa access cost extra. this was unexpected.

the room got uncomfortably hot i had trouble adjusting the temperature. the thermostat seemed ineffective. also, the soundproofing was poor. i could easily hear noises from the corridor early each morning.
