our family room had problems the heating was stuck on full the fridge did not work and most plugs didn't fit our adaptors there were further issues with a broken shower and a ski locker that wouldn't lock despite promises to fix it

the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. breakfast offered a nice variety, including fresh coffee prepared by a barista. the balcony provided amazing views of the matterhorn!
The ski room locker was a little tricky to lock. It needed some extra attention

The hotel's location proved to be a dream with nearby hiking trails on monte cervino. i loved the views of the matterhorn. This was perfect for a winter escapade. the spa was a wonderful spot to unwind after a long day.
