adequate stay near the slopes

i found the breakfast to be quite good. fresh apple juice and orange juice were available daily. the indoor pool had a very nice temperature. the spa area also added to relaxation.
The ski lockers did not work and the sauna was out of service. the menu in the hotel restaurant was limited, so we chose to eat elsewhere. there were only two hangers in our room. I also noted the absence of a trash can.

ski lift daily cleaning
the location is super convenient, just about 200 yards from the ski lift. the service was awesome. daily cleaning is prompt!
i had to dispute charges on the bill, it seems like they were trying to over-charge people. that wasn't great!

the hotel offers a ski rental shop right inside, super convenient. there is also a locker room with one locker per room, so storing your ski gear is secure and easy, i love that!

the hotel is close to the lift and village centre shops. it is also near various restaurants and the coach stop in town. the location is fantastic for both the summer and winter season, wow!

Matterhorn View Wonder
ski lifts convenient ski hire coffee highlight slope view
The ski lifts are really close! convenient ski hire is right in the basement. breakfast was a highlight. A barista prepared the coffee. I also loved the variety of choices in the big breakfast room, it had a view of the slopes, so i could see the lifts start moving.
The fridge was a little small. It had just enough space for some drinks.

The location is convenient near the ski slopes and in the village. Ski equipment rental and storage are available and handy. I could see the slopes from my room.
The boot heaters in the ski room did not work. The spa sauna was broken, and slippers were unavailable. The breakfast selection seemed like reheated supermarket items.

the location was good close to the lift and a decent ski room was in the hotel
our family room had problems the heating was stuck on full the fridge did not work and most plugs didn't fit our adaptors there were further issues with a broken shower and a ski locker that wouldn't lock despite promises to fix it

the hotel location was perfect near ski lifts and town center! the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. breakfast offered a nice variety, including fresh coffee prepared by a barista. the balcony provided amazing views of the matterhorn!

hiking trails matterhorn views relaxing spa
The hotel's location proved to be a dream with nearby hiking trails on monte cervino. i loved the views of the matterhorn. the ski lift was a short walk away. This was perfect for a winter escapade. the spa was a wonderful spot to unwind after a long day.
