decent room, some noise issues

the breakfast was quite good, with a nice selection.
My room faced the street and there was loud music coming from a nearby place. It stopped around 11:30 pm. worse, the room backed onto what seemed to be a boiler room and it made noises all night. i told the staff the next morning and they said they would pass my concerns on but it ruined my sleep.

The staff were really cute and helpful (they even helped with luggage). I not sketchy at all as a solo female traveler. The location is excellent, right near shops and cafes. Breakfast was great with generous servings.
The shower cleanliness was subpar. I saw some hair left on the tray.

the bathroom lacked attention. i noticed dirt and hair in the shower tray. the breakfast selection was limited. our room was above the pub. very loud music vibrated through the floor until late. it was difficult to rest after a long day.
