dirty carpet poor maintenance
My room was not great. The bathroom layout was odd, causing water to overflow onto the floor when I used the shower. The carpet looked really dirty and in need of replacement. I probably won't return here. The overall maintenance seemed lacking.

impersonal check-in stained carpet
Self check-in felt impersonal. i never saw any staff except briefly at breakfast. the room lacked basic amenities such as extra toilet paper and a working soap dispenser. It was frustrating. the outdated decor and stained carpets detracted from the experience.

good rooms nice breakfast small towels room service
the location was good rooms were also of a good standard. breakfast was nice it had what i needed.
the towels in the room felt small i think they should be larger. also the room did not get serviced i had to ask for milk and tea bags.
