impersonal check-instained carpet
Self check-in felt impersonal. i never saw any staff except briefly at breakfast. the room lacked basic amenities such as extra toilet paper and a working soap dispenser. It was frustrating. the outdated decor and stained carpets detracted from the experience.

the location was good rooms were also of a good standard. breakfast was nice it had what i needed.
the towels in the room felt small i think they should be larger. also the room did not get serviced i had to ask for milk and tea bags.
