gabrielle greeted us upon arrival and carried our bags to check-in i received a welcome drink before dinner the service was really nice in making us feel completely welcome. breakfast was five star plus i enjoyed a great whisky selection there were amazing sitting rooms near the fireplace.

The staff were SO on it and totally spoiled me. i even got a free room upgrade to a fantastic room facing the amazing loch. the breakfast was amazing. It was just first class!!!
the room was very small with no comfort. i felt that the value for money was not good at all. honestly, it was way too expensive!!!

the hotel did have small rooms lacking some comforts, so the value was not ideal.

the room was a little too warm so i adjusted the radiator.

I enjoyed the hotel location directly on the loch banks a short drive from inverness i observed views of the loch from many vantage points. the lounge area featured a real fire providing a cosy atmosphere and the staff showed great help. breakfast included smoked salmon and scrambled eggs i considered really good. Dinner at the sister hotel nearby presented a great option.
the slightly limited comfort in smaller rooms was a minor point
