the staff were very cute. the location was great. I loved this hotel. it was close to Duval St and Mallory Square.
the tvs always make it impossible to get your netflix. i found this annoying. i wish it was easier to use my own streaming services.

The room included complimentary chilled bottled water daily. Housekeeping staff maintained the cleanliness on point every day. the marina-view room allowed for seeing the water, boats, and the activity along the marina. It was nicely decorated.

Shaunna at the front desk were really good too welcome us and check in with us to ensure that everything was as expected. the staff were pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. Front desk, concierge, bell staff, and restaurant staff. check-in was quick and efficient.

The complimentary breakfast was appreciated EVERY day. customer service was superb. i ate breakfast there every morning because it was so good. The outside patio was great.

the location IS good, close TO many attractions and WITH a nice view.
the room smelled musty, and i could see mold. it wasn't the cleanest, to be honest, and FOR the price, i expected better. also, the air conditioning unit outside was quite loud. I struggled to sleep WELL.
