The staff were friendly and professional. The evening meal in the restaurant was excellent.
The lodge floor was very cold and slippers were not provided. The hive could have been cleaned to a better standard. There was nowhere to store large luggage and the space felt cramped.

i found the bed very comfortable. lovely linen was supplied in the room. a coffee machine was available with free milk in fridges near the room. the hotel provided toiletries .
my room was a little small, and there was nowhere to store a suitcase.

the location has amazing views. it sits on large grounds. the orangery houses the restaurant and bar. it took about ten minutes to walk.

i loved that bikes were available for free rentals and the gym was awesome the hotel felt so quiet and the view was completely amazing i had such a peaceful stay. the staff were super cute too making everything even better i really enjoyed it. the hotel surroundings are definitely amazing it is a great place for a quiet escape.
the rooms felt a little small i struggled to find space for my suitcase it wasn't a huge deal since i only stayed one night though. i really think that providing air conditioning should be a priority especially considering the price point of the rooms it definitely would improve the experience.
