The staff offered EARLY check-in,. The staff were accommodating and friendly, I noticed. The room I had was spacious and clean.
The tv had limited channels, and I missed Bbc1.

The television offered only a few channels, and i could not access bbc1. noise levels were excessive. Though entertainment until 1 am is advertised, i did not anticipate such intensity. it caused noticeable vibrations in the bed. the room contained only a single towel, a significant oversight.

The staff were VERY friendly. They offered a warm and cute greeting upon my arrival. I caught the kitchen just before it closed for lunch. My meal, a sweet potato curry served with chips and a salad, was lovely. The portions were REALLY generous.
The television only had a few channels. I couldn't get BBC1.

the super nice team from the start. i especially appreciated the warm greeting upon arrival (it set a positive tone). the room was super clean, with ample tea, coffee, and milk.
there were no bedside tables. i found that there was nowhere to put a phone or glasses. i also noticed no bathroom mat provided after showering, inconvenient.
