The staff were very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was super clean, and the bed was comfortable. I slept really well. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent, and breakfast had more than an adequate choice.
The Wi-Fi in the accommodation made it difficult to work. Using a VPN or streaming was a problem. There was also no bitter or ale on tap. It was a bit odd..

fantastic stay near the hospital!
great locationcomfortable bedreally good breakfast
the hotel had a great location near the hospital , a real plus! our family room was very clean and the beds were really comfortable , so great for a good night's sleep. breakfast on our last morning was fantastic and reasonably priced , i was super happy with the selection!
i was like our family room could have used a few more towels , it was a minor thing but a bit inconvenient.

the staff was friendly and helpful , and they seemed genuinely happy to assist us with anything we needed , so that was a definite plus. they really wanted to ensure our stay was perfect.

the hotel had convenient parking, a real bonus! it is directly next to a pub , which i loved. everything i needed was within easy reach, so i didn't have to worry about long walks.
