the wedding at the venue was amazing. the team was very hands-on. i found the rooms gorgeous. breakfast was delicious!!!
I didn't receive a requested item. This was slightly disappointing. i would have appreciated it, but its absence did not ruin my overall experience.

the breakfast was tasty and generous.
the soundproofing was non-existent (i could hear everything from the room above). i could hear every footstep and even conversations. maintenance is needed in the shower, as there was some mould and water damage.

The receptionists proved very helpful upon arrival. I especially appreciated that i could bring my two large dogs, as we were all. The room was comfortable and located on the ground level. This proved extra helpful with the dogs.
I found that there was a lack of sound proofing. I was kept up most of the night due to noise from the room above after a wedding. I could hear every footstep and every conversation that took place.

The Christmas menu offered excellent value, and guests could choose between two or three courses. Brisket of beef and turkey were both excellent choices. Christmas pudding and cheesecake tasted delicious.
