Excellent Hospitality and Immaculate Rooms
homemade marmalade free parking
The room had tasteful decoration and many thoughtful touches. Breakfast included homemade marmalade with crusty bread. I found the location quiet and near the tram. Parking was free which I appreciated.

lovely room coffee facilities homemade marmalade warm atmosphere
i stayed in the king room for three nights. the room included tea and coffee making facilities. breakfast included homemade marmalade. i was very impressed with the overall experience, it seemed like a home from home.
the light switch for the stairs was a little far up the staircase.

a pleasant stay
mini fridge rainfall shower small window dated bathroom
i found the room spacious and nicely decorated it included a mini fridge which was useful. the rainfall shower had good water pressure and temperature
the windows were small and didn't offer much ventilation the window ledges were dusty. the bathroom was dated and could use updating

cozy room, great hosts
friendly welcome clean room comfortable bed many choices
i just left the hotel. craig and julie gave me a friendly welcome. the room was big and clean. the bed was comfortable, it gave me a good sleep. breakfast had many choices.
the bathroom in my room had an old bath, i noticed a white patch covered by a mat.

the hotel is near tram stops. you can easily reach the town centre. free parking is available close by and it was a bonus.

breakfast included a full cooked option. there was also continental breakfast. craig makes homemade marmalade, i tried it.
