amazing food and super location
stocked mini barcomfortable bedfluffy towelschilled ambiance
my room was bright and airy, and it included a fully stocked mini bar plus snacks. the bed was very comfortable. the ensuite bathroom had fresh fluffy towels, and it was clean as new! the ambiance is very chilled with music and seating for pre-dinner drinks.
i did ask for a blanket because the duvet seemed too thin. it was refused, a little disappointing.

excellent designfab breakfastpleasant staff
I found the rooms design of excellent standard. Breakfast offered lots of choice. It was a fab experience. The staff were very pleasant, and the hotel cleanliness was super clean. I appreciated the attention to detail and the care taken in maintaining the hotel.
My only MINOR issue was the limited availability of certain amenities during peak hours.

Dinner in the evening was excellent. I had the steak, which i enjoyed very much. I was able to dine in the outside area of the restaurant and was treated to a beautiful view. The service was courteous and very professional.

The hotel is situated right next to the beach, and there are walks directly from the front door. The bus stop is a short walk AWAY. Ample parking is available , a GREAT plus.

The rooms boast lovely selections of treats and drinks. I really loved the shower, it was blissful. The decor felt very clean and fresh. The room also has a huge balcony.

The room had complimentary snacks. It also included a comfy seating area. The bathroom seemed very modern. It was designed WELL (i was impressed!).
I asked for a blanket, but this request was refused. I was offered a blanket that was used for OUTSIDE seating. I thought this was UNHYGIENIC. I also noticed that my lint-free cloth, intended for cleaning a PC, was disposed of by the hotel room service (which i found strange).

the breakfast was generous at the hotel.
i requested a blanket for my bed because the duvet was too thin, but it was refused. i was offered a blanket meant for outside seating. it felt unhygienic. during room service, my lint-free cloth for cleaning my pc was thrown away by mistake.

high minibar pricestowel request
i wasn't thrilled with a couple of things. first, the minibar prices felt really high (i expect to pay more but this was too much). also, i asked for extra towels (i always use a lot) but the request seemed like a hassle. it put a damper on things. i wish there had been a smoother resolution.
