Excellent Family Stay

The apartment had a perfect layout for families. The spacious tidy apartment included an open-plan living area and a very good-sized kitchen. The kitchen has minimalist equipment. I found the bedrooms to be a good size with comfortable mattresses and pillows.

The hotel's location was under 3 minutes walk from the beach. This made beach access very easy. The premises provided close and convenient parking. The hotel is near safe spaces ideal for toddlers.

The staff based in the hotel were very friendly. They were also very helpful and responsive. The hotel staff go above and beyond, they helped make the hotel perfect for us.

the villa offered ample space. it was larger than expected and that was acceptable.
The balcony was not clean. old leaves and dirt were present from the gutters. an ashtray was dirty as well. I told the staff about this, but they were not bothered by it.

I appreciated how close i was to the beach, it was a short walk. the apartment offered ample space, villa 12 was quite nice. breakfast discounts were helpful each morning. A thoughtful addition to the stay.
there were very subtle changes , made the stay a little less great, i hope this can be fixed.

The heated pool was definitely a highlight. board games were available in the lounge. It was great to see kids enjoying them. gardens seemed well maintained. This added to the overall appeal of the place.

villa 12 was spacious and well-laid out. the bedrooms were downstairs , and the living area was upstairs , which was an unusual but nice arrangement. the location was good , too.
the balcony hadn't been cleaned , and that was disappointing. it had old leaves and dirt from the gutters. a dirty ashtray , and staff weren't particularly concerned when i mentioned it.

the garden apartment was beautiful!!! it was so peaceful, and the beach views were magnificent. the apartment had everything i needed, and it was clean and well-equipped. the staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was available in the hotel to begin the day.
The balcony had not been cleaned properly. I noticed old leaves and dirt from the gutters.

the location is excellent, near many popular beaches and a short walk away from porth beach. the hotel is also a few minutes drive from the town centre. it is a great base to explore the surrounding area.

The location was good! walkable into the town centre took about twenty minutes. the villa was spacious! i found that the bedrooms were located on the ground floor, unusual. the living area was upstairs. I also liked the discounted breakfast offered each morning.
The balcony was not cleaned. it had old leaves and dirt from the gutters. There was also a dirty ashtray.

I stayed in a Two-Bedroom Apartment . The apartment had a very good sized kitchen. Bedrooms are a good size. I found the mattresses and pillows comfortable.
The balcony had not been cleaned properly. I noticed old leaves and dirt from gutters (a minor issue, though). The ashtray on the balcony was dirty.
