The jacuzzi room was spacious, and I enjoyed the feature that allowed it to be closed off from the rest of the room. The location proved convenient. I found it easy to access nearby restaurants for dinner, offering several choices within a short distance. The hotel provided free parking, a definite plus, especially considering i hate paying extra fees.
the room door showed significant wear, and the bathroom door lacked a working lock, a minor concern.

Mixed Experience Due to Shuttle Issues and Room Condition

The airport shuttle service was quite unreliable. I called for a pickup, but there was a significant delay and some confusion about the location. the room had a noticeable old smell. The curtains looked like they needed washing. I also broke my toe in the bath.

the staff was friendly. i liked the clean breakfast area. the hotel offered decent food and cappucino machines at the breakfast bar. also i found the hotel clean.
it wasnt really sparkling but it wasn't that bad either.

The staff helped with luggage upon arrival. They moved it from the car right into the room. it was appreciated because my mom felt comfortable. i am thankful for the man who assisted us so much.

The room was clean and had everything I needed. The breakfast offered various options, including waffles and eggs. The free shuttle service to the airport was convenient. It ran every half hour. It really eased my travel day.
The ac unit in the room was a little noisy at night. It made it difficult to fall asleep. i wish they upgrade it.
