The room included a large, clean space and a spacious bathroom. the beds were very comfortable and i slept well. The linens felt soft. the free airport shuttle ran efficiently at ten minutes each way. i booked the hotel again upon my return from banff, wanting to relax before my long flight.

the pool was closed for repairs, this was disappointing. i would have booked elsewhere if i had known beforehand, though i understand these things happen.

the staff provided friendly and quick assistance. i used the free shuttle service to get to the airport quickly. the front desk was staffed and ready to help guests get to where they needed to be.

breakfast included a varied selection of items, such as drinks, yogurt, and fruits. there were bagels, omelettes, and delicious sausages available. there were also some alternatives such as milk, cornflakes, nuts and raisins to sample.

incompetent stafflong drive

The staff seemed confused. they didn't call me about my retainer, even a few days later. i had to drive a really long way to pick it up because i didn't trust them to not mess it up. It's pretty sad.
