lovely stay in convenient location

separate water closetheated garageconvenient locationspacious room
The room was spacious. i noticed the bathroom had a separate water closet, a feature i found quite convenient. underground parking was also a plus. I appreciated the heated garage (it makes a difference in colder weather). the location allowed easy walks to the downtown area. I found many shops and restaurants within reach.
The absence of natural light in my room was noticeable. The blinds also presented some issues.

the underground parking was convenient (especially with the unpredictable weather). the room included a gas fireplace which added to the cozy feel. the staff were attentive and always ready to assist with any requests i had.
the hotel decor felt somewhat dated, particularly in the lobby. the room i had lacked natural light, the blinds were broken. the gym equipment felt a little crammed in the available space.

I loved the fireplace in my room (it added so much to the atmosphere!). The bathroom was very spacious. The car park was warm. I appreciated the concierge service, it felt cute.
The tv was too large for the cabinet. As a result, I couldn't fully turn it to watch from the chair in the room.

acceptable stay with some issues

convenient locationwrong informationhotel updates
the location was convenient, right on banff avenue, making it easy to get around.
I was disappointed with the front desk service. A staff member gave me wrong information about bus routes. this mistake cost me nearly two hours and messed up my plans for the day. also, the rooms need updates, the hotel looks a bit old.
