chinatown smrt was right next door. this made travel very easy. i was grateful for the very detailed directions provided for airport transport. the staff stored my luggage when i arrived early. this helped a lot.
the requirement to remove shoes was a bit inconvenient. the floors are not perfectly clean. i suggest bringing slippers.

The location is convenient, close to mrt stations, markets, malls, and restaurants. the staff are helpful. i booked a 6-bed room. This provided privacy. the shared bathroom and toilet areas are clean.
the sleeping cabinets were hard to access from the upper row.

the proximity to chinatown mrt station offered easy transportation. wink sent detailed directions from the airport to the hotel. i contacted wink due to flight and luggage issues caused by the airline. they provided very responsive assistance. an acquaintance recommended wink and i am glad i followed their suggestion.
the beeping sound of unlocking doors sometimes disturbed my sleep.

A Mixed Stay
unstable ladderstrange smell
The top bunk was difficult to access. The ladder felt unstable, and I worried about falling. The room also had a peculiar smell at night (I am not sure what it was) and the temperature was a bit warm.

I found good value with the code-based system, including lockers. this system made access easy! there were also several places to sit and relax. the location near the chinatown mrt and bus stop was very convenient. I could access transit easily.
i thought the provided breakfast was very simple, just toast and cereal. the lack of variety was disappointing! it would be nice to see more options available.
