excellent staff late call answering helpful staff dirty room cool air conditioner missing comb
the staff were excellent. they answered our calls even late at night. i appreciated ms. thy always helping us to find a restaurant. mr thoai helped us to call a taxi.
the room is dirty. the air conditioner is cool but not cold. there is no comb in the room.

modern hotel skyline view
i found the location very convenient. it is situated between the bustling district 1 and the trendy binh thanh area. i also appreciated the modern feel of the hotel. the district 1 skyline view was particularly nice from my room.
the breakfast venue felt a bit small, and the options seemed somewhat limited.

i loved how friendly and helpful the staff were. leo and phuong took amazing care of everything!!! the room was super clean and had every amenity i needed. the breakfast had a fantastic variety of options!!! it was fresh and delicious every single morning.
the water drained a bit slowly in my room. the dry zone got a bit wet and some water leaked. it made the floor near the toilet a little slippery when using the hotel's sandals.

the staff provided quick assistance and seemed genuinely happy to help. they remembered my name and always had a smile. this created a cute and personal touch.

laundry facilities are available and there is no detergent needed. the gym is accessible 24/7 and includes a good range of equipment for various workouts. self check-in and check-out are available for added convenience.

the breakfast buffet includes a variety of fresh choices and delicious options. the bar is open 24 hours with good prices on drinks. the hotel offers delicious eggs made to order, really amazing!!!
