Excellent Stay with Wonderful Amenities
generous whisky beautiful sea continental selection quick walk
My room had a fridge and a complimentary whisky decanter, I found that very generous. The room location provided sea views, and I appreciated having outside seating available. Breakfast included a continental style selection with much choice. It was a quick, flat walk into town and the harbour area from the hotel.
The shower lacked a grab handle which could be a safety concern. I suggest one is installed.

i stayed in a beautiful double room sea view. it had sea views from the windows. the room included a fridge and a complimentary whisky decanter. there was also outside seating.
the door locks are unsafe. you can only lock or unlock them with a key. i found the hotel overpriced for what it offered. the photos on the website created different expectations.

fantastic stay with excellent views
superb views fresh fruit short walk
i stayed in the king room sea view. it was super clean and cozy with superb views of the bay. binoculars were available, awesome for closer observation of the ships. the breakfast offered a good selection of fresh fruit, including strawberries and blueberries. the location was a short, pleasant walk into the town center.
The soundproofing was minimal. I could hear noises from neighboring rooms. it impacted my sleep quality.

Wonderful stay, superb location!
clean room available towels waterfront location extra touches
The room was very clean. Enough towels and pillows are available. A note explained where we could collect more pillows. That was thoughtful. The location is perfect, right on the waterfront, and a short walk into town. The extra touches, like the can of Irn Bru and the whisky, were nice.
The extra touches of a can of irn bru, a teacake, and whisky were nice. Though only one of each was a bit confusing when there were two guests!

the room was very clean. enough towels ARE available. wifi was good.

thin walls limited breakfast
The location was good, just a short walk to the town center.
The room I stayed in felt quite basic. The walls seemed thin, and I could hear conversations and bathroom noises from neighboring rooms (this affected my sleep). Breakfast was self-service, and only available for one hour.
