the location was acceptable set on the north shore a short walk from the town centre.
i booked a double room. when i arrived, i found an envelope with a key for a standard double room with a very small bathroom. there is no reception, and the owner did not answer the phone. i sent an email and was told this was a 'better room'.

i had a great double room it had everything i needed. the room was spacious and clean. the sea view was lovely from the room window. tea and coffee facilities were available in the room it included some biscuits.
i noticed the wifi signal was a little weak in my room.

okay stay, some issues
low pressureuncomfortable chairs
the shower had low pressure i didnt like it. the toilet lid was very slack, so it moved a lot. also, the chairs in the room was too low, and this made it uncomfortable to sit for long.

Wonderful Stay with Amazing Views

Room 12 offered a very large space with ample drawers and cupboard space. I found tea, coffee, and Tunnocks were thoughtfully provided. The room was clean (I am very attentive to cleanliness) and well kept. I was able to enjoy views of the bay and harbor from the room.
The road in front of the hotel did experience periods of heavy traffic.

The provided instant add water porridge was a convenient option for a quick breakfast. Shortbread was also available (a nice touch) alongside the usual tea and coffee provisions in the room.

Parking was available, I was grateful for that, as it simplified arrival and departure. The guest house is located within a short walk to the town centre.

unreliable wi-fislow shower drain
the wi-fi was unreliable. it was difficult to connect to the internet in my room. i had to go to the lounge area to get a stable connection. additionally, the shower drain was very slow. water accumulated quickly, and it took a long time to clear.

The room was very clean and tidy with a view of the bay. Tea and coffee were provided along with two cans of juice. The location was ideal, set on the north shore. Parking was free and off road which suited my motorcycle travel.
The shower pressure was very low. The toilet lid felt loose. Chairs in the room were too low and uncomfortable. No breakfast was included with the stay (i did miss that).
