hot buffetpoor soundproofingnoise disturbance
The breakfast included a hot buffet and that suited me.
The room I had was not properly soundproofed. I could hear considerable noise from neighbors and children running in the hallway at all hours. Door slamming continued late into the night.. This disturbance.

the breakfast team was cute throughout my stay.
The pillows were uncomfortable and gave me a bad night's sleep, unacceptable. i expect a comfortable sleep when paying for accommodation. This fell short. i should not have to ask for a better pillow.
