excellent service and clean rooms

early check-inclean roombig bathroombad smell
the staff allowed an early check-in. the provided room was clean. the room had a big bathroom. the hotel is close to several places of interest, including the coast and the national museum.
the hotel hallways had a bad smell. the shower also smelled terrible. i had to carry my luggage to my room because no one was available.

the hotel benefits from a location that gives close proximity to major landmarks. i found i was able to reach the national museum quickly. i also visited souq waqif with ease.

i received great service, especially from the chef. wendy made the breakfast special, and i especially appreciated the delicious omelettes. i found the staff very attentive. i appreciated the attentiveness of the personnel.

Breakfast was fantastic and delicious. i liked the good variety. i found there to be an excellent, bounteous buffet. the food was great. I am grateful for the superb dining experience.

i found the service rather lacking i must say the reception staff were not particularly cute. the food in the lounge seemed consistently frozen a disappointment considering the prices. it seemed like corners were cut affecting the overall quality.

big roomtidy spaceair conditionerengineer visit
the hotel rooms were big. my king studio gave me space to unwind and was tidy. the bathroom included his and hers sinks. this was a detail i appreciated a lot.
i had some troubles with my air conditioner. the engineer had to come to check on the connection. this took some time, and was inconvenient, initial inconvenience.
