the staff always kept my space immaculate . wasim akhtar showed exemplary responsiveness to my cleaning requests. the management addressed suggestions constructively. the hotel was like home during my vacation.
the air conditioning felt weak despite my attempts to adjust the controls, and i found the instruction unclear. with the window and door closed, the room seemed to run out of air after an hour. the bed proved firm.

the gym features multiple treadmills and stationary bikes for comprehensive workouts. the rooftop pool provides a fantastic view and ample space to relax in the sun. this space allowed guests to maintain their fitness routines.

the breakfast buffet includes a great variety of options each day. the staff looked attentive to guest needs and service felt spot on. i found the food to be flavourful and satisfying .

guest relations manager kristina exhibited professionalism and kindness, smoothing my stay. christi at reception was also friendly and helpful, offering support. juma, the doorman, provided a warm smile and positive energy.

uncomfortable sofa bed
the sofa bed in the room was uncomfortable. I am not sure how two kids could even sleep on it. no one explained how it worked at check-in. Other guests had to show us.

the fire alarm went off twice during the second night this was quite unsettling also the breakfast buffet was not good cold milk was unavailable at the cereal station i asked the chef but the issue was not fixed for the following two days
